Parkwood Wolf Pack (Monroe, NC) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Piedmont Panthers (Monroe, NC), 36-27 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Parkwood upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Wolf Pack travel to Marvin Ridge (Waxhaw, NC) to play the Mavericks in a non-league bout on Friday, December 2. The Mavericks come into the bout with a record of 1-0. Marvin Ridge won 58-55 in their recent non-league bout against Hickory Ridge (Harrisburg, NC)
