The East Rowan Mustangs basketball team scored 71 points and restricted the visiting North Rowan Cavaliers to 66 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Mustangs now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Trinity for a non-league contest on Friday, December 2. East Rowan will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 61-46 non-league win over Leadership Academy (Kernersville, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-1.

The Cavaliers (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Community School of Davidson (Davidson, NC). The Spartans come into the non-league contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Community School of Davidson edged Lake Norman Christian (Davidson, NC), 89-64, in a non-league contest.
