The Falls Lake Firebirds (Creedmoor, NC) basketball crushed the host Granville Central Panthers (Stem, NC), 69-45 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Firebirds (7-0) will now prepare for their test against Roxboro Community (Roxboro, NC). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 2-3 record. In their last test, Roxboro Community was trounced by Clover Garden School (Burlington, NC), 39-32, in a non-league test.

The Panthers now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Henderson Collegiate for a non-league test on Thursday, December 1. Granville Central will encounter a Pride squad coming off a 0-0 non-league Ravenscroft (Raleigh, NC). The Pride record now stands at 0-2.
