In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Concord Academy Eagles basketball team scored a good 57-46 triumph over the Victory Christian Center Kings.

The Eagles (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Carolina Day (Asheville, NC). The Wildcats go into the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.

In their next game, the Kings confront the Carmel Christian Cougars (Matthews, NC) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, November 12. Victory Christian Center will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Cougars go into the contest with a 0-2 record after their 65-59 non-league loss to The Burlington School (Burlington, NC).
