North Carolina High School Basketball - Victory Christian Center fells Gaston Christian

The Victory Christian Center Kings basketball team scored 54 points and limited the visiting Gaston Christian Eagles to 36 in the Kings non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Kings now have a 14-6 record. They play next when they travel to Davidson Day for a non-league game on Thursday, January 23. Victory Christian Center will confront a Patriots team coming off a 72-65 non-league win over Miller School of Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA). The Patriots record now stands at 17-12.

With the loss, Gaston Christian falls to 17-7 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Metrolina Christian Academy (Indian Trail, NC) to confront the Warriors in a NCISAA Metrolina game on Tuesday, January 21. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 8-14. Metrolina Christian Academy lost 75-38 in their recent league game against Westminster Catawba Christian (Rock Hill, SC)
