The Gaston Christian Eagles basketball team scored 60 points and limited the visiting Charlotte Country Day School Buccaneers to 47 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Eagles now have a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Greensboro Day School for a non-league game on Tuesday, November 19. Gaston Christian will confront a Bengals team coming off a 64-36 non-league win over Grace Christian (Sanford, NC). The Bengals record now stands at 4-0.

With the loss, Charlotte Country Day School falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Buccaneers host Metrolina Christian Academy (Indian Trail, NC) to confront the Warriors in a non-league game on Tuesday, November 19. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 1-1.
