Loyalton Grizzlies (Loyalton, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Burney Raiders (Burney, CA), 71-35 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Loyalton upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Grizzlies travel to Elk Creek (Elk Creek, CA) to clash with the Elks in a Pioneer - Valley bout on Tuesday, December 6. The Elks go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Raiders clash with the Dunsmuir Tigers (Dunsmuir, CA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 6. Burney will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
