The Ledford Panthers routed the host Wheatmore Warriors basketball team by a final score of 43-17 in Thursday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Panthers face the East Davidson Golden Eagles (Thomasville, NC) in a non-league game, on Friday, December 2. Ledford will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Golden Eagles enter the game with a 0-3 record after their 50-34 non-league loss to Providence Grove (Franklinville, NC).

With the defeat, Wheatmore moves to 1-3 on the year. The Warriors travel to West Davidson (Lexington, NC) to face the Dragons in a non-league game on Wednesday, December 7. The Dragons enter the game with a record of 0-4.
