The Springfield Senators topped the host MacArthur Generals basketball team by a final score of 61-41 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Senators face the Manual Rams (Peoria, IL) in a non-league test, on Saturday, December 9. Springfield will attempt to advance on its 4-4 season record.

The Generals now own a 3-5 record. They play next when they host Rantoul for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 5. MacArthur will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 51-31 non-league loss to Oakwood (Fithian, IL). The Eagles record now stands at 1-6.
