December 2, 2022: Pine Island, MN 55963 The Pine Island Panthers basketball team scored 80 points and held the visiting Dover-Eyota Eagles to 55 in the Panthers league triumph on Friday.
The Panthers now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kasson-Mantorville for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 13.
The Eagles (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Central (Norwood-Young America, MN). The Raiders enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Central triumphed over Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted/Holy Trinity (Howard Lake, MN), 90-70, in a non-league contest.
