Tipton Blue Devils (Tipton, IN) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Frankton Eagles (Frankton, IN), 54-40 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Tipton upgrades its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Blue Devils host Western (Russiaville, IN) to encounter the Panthers in a Hoosier - East test on Friday, December 8. The Panthers go into the test with a record of 2-2. Western won 69-66 in their recent non-league test against Frankfort (Frankfort, IN)

The Eagles now own a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Eastbrook for a Central Indiana test on Friday, December 8.
