Texas High School Basketball - Nocona overwhelmed by North Hopkins
December 3, 2022: Nocona, TX 76255 The North Hopkins Panthers basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the host Nocona Indians to 36 in the Panthers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Panthers now sport a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chisum for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 6. North Hopkins will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 49-44 non-league win over Como-Pickton (Como, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-4.
The Indians (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Wichita Falls (Wichita Falls, TX). The Coyotes come into the non-league contest with a 2-7 record. In their last contest, Wichita Falls was routed by Holliday (Holliday, TX), 38-36, in a non-league contest.
