Texas High School Basketball - Patton Springs topped by Ropes
December 3, 2022: Afton, TX 79220 The Ropes Eagles basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the host Patton Springs Rangers to 36 in the Eagles non-league victory on Saturday.
The Eagles now sport a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southcrest Christian for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 3. Ropes will battle a team coming off a 36-9 non-league win over Motley County (Matador, TX). The record now stands at 5-4.
The Rangers (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Rotan (Rotan, TX). The Yellowhammers come into the non-league contest with a 6-4 record. In their last contest, Rotan was defeated by Knox City (Knox City, TX), 49-22, in a non-league contest.
