The North Scott Lancers basketball team scored 72 points and held the visiting Assumption Knights to 61 in the Lancers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Lancers now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central Clinton for a Mississippi contest on Friday, December 8.

The Knights (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Davenport North (Davenport, IA). The Wildcats enter the Mississippi contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Davenport North was defeated by Pleasant Valley (Pleasant Valley, IA), 60-45, in a league contest.
