Garner Trojans (Garner, NC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Middle Creek Mustangs (Apex, NC), 83-47 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Garner upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Trojans travel to Millbrook (Raleigh, NC) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Friday, December 9. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 4-1. Millbrook won 64-58 in their recent non-league bout against Hillside (Durham, NC)

Next up, the Mustangs clash with the Holly Springs Golden Hawks (Holly Springs, NC) in a 4A Conference 29 bout, on Friday, December 9. Middle Creek will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Golden Hawks go into the bout with a 4-1 record after their 91-53 non-league win over Fuquay - Varina (Fuquay-Varina, NC).
