California High School Basketball - Portola crushes Loyalton

Portola Tigers (Portola, CA) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Loyalton Grizzlies (Loyalton, CA), 82-53 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Portola upgrades its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The Tigers host Modoc (Alturas, CA) to play the Braves in a non-league bout on Friday, December 8. The Braves come into the bout with a record of 2-5. Modoc won 42-30 in their recent non-league bout against Quincy (Quincy, CA)

Next up, the Grizzlies play the Quincy Trojans (Quincy, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 8. Loyalton will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Trojans come into the bout with a 1-5 record after their 42-30 non-league loss to Modoc (Alturas, CA).
