Organ Mountain Knights (Las Cruces, NM) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Cibola Cougars (Albuquerque, NM), 62-55 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Organ Mountain upgrades its record to 5-1 on the season. The Knights travel to Del Norte (Albuquerque, NM) to clash with the Knights in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 10. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 6-0. Del Norte won 64-57 in their recent non-league bout against Las Cruces (Las Cruces, NM)

Next up, the Cougars clash with the Belen Eagles (Belen, NM) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 10. Cibola will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 1-5 record after their 64-54 non-league win over Academy for Technology and The Classics (Santa Fe, NM).
