The Greenwood Woodmen basketball team (Greenwood, IN), was overwhelmed 59-28 in Friday's league battle with the host Franklin Community Grizzly Cubs (Franklin, IN)

The Grizzly Cubs now possess a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Franklin Central for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 13. Franklin Community will confront a Flashes team coming off a 54-42 non-league loss to Lawrence North (Indianapolis, IN). The Flashes record now stands at 3-8.

The Woodmen (6-5) will now prepare for their battle against Mooresville (Mooresville, IN). The Pioneers come into the Mid-State battle with a 7-4 record. In their last battle, Mooresville smashed Avon (Avon, IN), 58-30, in a non-league outing.
