Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Monroe Central Golden Bears (Parker City, IN) and the visiting Wes-Del Warriors (Gaston, IN), saw Monroe Central's basketball squad knock off Wes-Del by a count of 49-39.

With the victory, Monroe Central upgrades its record to 1-3 on the campaign. The Golden Bears travel to Muncie Burris (Muncie, IN) to play the Owls in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 12. The Owls come into the challenge with a record of 1-3. Muncie Burris lost 61-23 in their recent non-league challenge against Lapel (Lapel, IN)
