Lindale Eagles (Lindale, TX) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Palestine Wildcats (Palestine, TX), 50-46 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Lindale upgrades its record to 8-1 on the season. The Eagles travel to Tuloso-Midway (Corpus Christi, TX) to clash with the Warriors/Cherokees in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 1. The Warriors/Cherokees go into the bout with a record of 1-3. Tuloso-Midway won 63-36 in their recent non-league bout against Ingleside (Ingleside, TX)

Next up, the Wildcats clash with the Canton Eagles (Canton, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 2. Palestine will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 8-0 record after their 58-45 non-league win over Fairfield (Fairfield, TX).
