Illinois High School Basketball - Plainfield North overwhelms Oswego
December 1, 2022: Plainfield, IL 60585 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Plainfield North Tigers (Plainfield, IL) and the visiting Oswego Panthers (Oswego, IL), saw Plainfield North's basketball squad wallop Oswego by a tally of 67-43.
With the victory, Plainfield North improves its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Minooka (Minooka, IL) to play the Indians in a SouthWest Prairie - West challenge on Monday, December 5. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 1-5. Minooka lost 45-26 in their recent non-league challenge against Lockport (Lockport, IL)
Next up, the Panthers play the Naperville Central Redhawks (Naperville, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 3. Oswego will attempt to improve on its 1-7 season record. The Redhawks come into the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 60-56 league loss to Waubonsie Valley (Aurora, IL).
