Illinois High School Basketball - Plainfield North tops Minooka
December 5, 2022: Minooka, IL 60447 Plainfield North Tigers (Plainfield, IL) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Minooka Indians (Minooka, IL), 49-40 in a league bout.
With the victory, Plainfield North upgrades its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The Tigers host West Aurora (Aurora, IL) to play the Blackhawks in a SouthWest Prairie - West bout on Friday, December 9. The Blackhawks come into the bout with a record of 3-3. West Aurora won 53-27 in their recent league bout against Oswego (Oswego, IL)
Next up, the Indians play the Yorkville Foxes (Yorkville, IL) in a SouthWest Prairie - West bout, on Thursday, December 8. Minooka will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The Foxes come into the bout with a 3-4 record after their 63-43 league win over Oswego East (Oswego, IL).
