Louisiana High School Basketball - Bourgeois nips St. Amant
December 1, 2023: St. Amant, LA 70774 Bourgeois Braves (Gray, LA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host St. Amant Gators (St. Amant, LA), 84-79 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Bourgeois upgrades its record to 4-4 on the season. The Braves travel to Patterson (Patterson, LA) to play the Lumberjacks in a non-league bout on Monday, December 4. The Lumberjacks go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Patterson lost 67-36 in their recent non-league bout against Lafayette (Lafayette, LA)
Next up, the Gators play the Ponchatoula Green Wave (Ponchatoula, LA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 2. St. Amant will attempt to upgrade on its 6-3 season record. The Green Wave go into the bout with a 4-0 record after their 83-68 non-league win over East Ascension (Gonzales, LA).
