Andover Huskies (Andover, MN) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Anoka Tornadoes (Anoka, MN), 81-69 in a league bout.

With the victory, Andover upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to Eden Prairie (Eden Prairie, MN) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 2. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 2-0. Eden Prairie won 63-39 in their recent non-league bout against White Bear Lake (White Bear Lake, MN)

Next up, the Tornadoes play the Coon Rapids Cardinals (Coon Rapids, MN) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 5. Anoka will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Cardinals come into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 83-27 non-league win over Tartan (Oakdale, MN).
