Virginia High School Basketball - Charlottesville fells George Washington
December 1, 2023: Danville, VA 24541 Charlottesville Black Knights (Charlottesville, VA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host George Washington Eagles (Danville, VA), 56-37 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Charlottesville upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Black Knights travel to Waynesboro (Waynesboro, VA) to clash with the Little Giants in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 6. The Little Giants go into the bout with a record of 0-2. Waynesboro lost 58-37 in their recent non-league bout against Monticello (Charlottesville, VA)
Next up, the Eagles clash with the Chatham Cavaliers (Chatham, VA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 7. George Washington will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
