St. Patrick's Irish (North Platte, NE) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Hershey Panthers (Hershey, NE), 57-40 in a non-league bout.

With the win, St. Patrick's upgrades its record to 4-0 on the season. The Irish travel to Ogallala (Ogallala, NE) to clash with the Indians in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 4-0. Ogallala won 92-32 in their recent non-league bout against Chase County (Imperial, NE)

Next up, the Panthers clash with the Kimball Longhorns (Kimball, NE) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 16. Hershey will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Longhorns go into the bout with a 1-3 record after their 68-31 league win over Morrill (Morrill, NE).
