December 10, 2024: New Roads, LA 70760 In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting St. Joseph's - Plaucheville Eagles basketball team scored a good 45-30 triumph over the False River Gators.
The Eagles (11-7) will now prepare for their contest against Pine Prairie (Pine Prairie, LA). The Panthers go into the non-league contest with a 1-6 record. In their last contest, Pine Prairie was toppled by Westminster Christian Academy (Lafayette, LA), 58-28, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Gators confront the Berchmans Academy Saints (Grand Coteau, LA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, December 12. False River will attempt to better on its 4-8 season record. The Saints go into the contest with a 3-4 record after their 55-40 non-league win over Grace Christian (Alexandria, LA).
