New York High School Basketball - William Floyd routs Walt Whitman
December 10, 2024: Mastic Beach, NY 11951 In Tuesday's league contest, the host William Floyd Colonials basketball team scored a big 72-51 triumph over the Walt Whitman Wildcats.
The Colonials (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Mount Sinai (Mount Sinai, NY). The Mustangs go into the non-league contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Mount Sinai smashed Islip (Islip, NY), 63-42, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Wildcats confront the Sachem East (Farmingville, NY) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 13. Walt Whitman will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record.
