With the victory, Jackson County advances its record to 6-3 on the year. The Panthers travel to Clarke Central (Athens, GA) to meet the Gladiators in a AAAAA Region 8 battle on Friday, December 13. The Gladiators enter the battle with a record of 2-4. Clarke Central lost 35-33 in their recent league battle against Alcovy (Covington, GA)
The Wildcats now own a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Loganville for a AAAAA Region 8 battle on Friday, December 13. Apalachee will meet a Red Devils squad coming off a 55-21 non-league loss to Oconee County (Watkinsville, GA). The Red Devils record now stands at 1-7.
