The Model Blue Devils (Rome, GA) basketball edged the host Heard County Braves (Franklin, GA), 46-44 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Blue Devils now possess a 5-0 record. They play next when they host Haralson County for a A D1 Region 6 bout on Friday, December 13. Model will play a Rebels team coming off a 55-31 league loss to Pepperell (Lindale, GA). The Rebels record now stands at 0-4.
