The Orono Riots (Orono, ME) basketball crushed the visiting Maine Central Institute Huskies (Pittsfield, ME), 73-52 in Saturday's league test.

The Riots (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Hermon (Hermon, ME). The Hawks go into the B North test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Hermon walloped Waterville (Waterville, ME), 72-56, in a league test.

The Huskies now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Winslow for a B North test on Tuesday, December 14.
