The Old Town Coyotes basketball team scored 64 points and restricted the visiting Maine Central Institute Huskies to 51 in the Coyotes league victory on Thursday.

The Coyotes now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mount Desert Island for a B North contest on Tuesday, January 4. Old Town will battle a Trojans team coming off a 51-29 league loss to Foxcroft Academy (Dover-Foxcroft, ME). The Trojans record now stands at 0-5.

The Huskies (3-5) will now prepare for their contest against Mount View (Thorndike, ME). The Mustangs come into the B North contest with a 4-2 record. In their last contest, Mount View prevailed over Washington Academy (East Machias, ME), 79-51, in a league contest.
