Friendly Patriots (Fort Washington, MD) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Crossland Cavaliers (Temple Hills, MD), 62-20 in a league bout.

With the win, Friendly upgrades its record to 2-2 on the season. The Patriots host Chesapeake Math & IT Academy North (Laurel, MD) to clash with the Tigers in a Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A bout on Thursday, December 14. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Chesapeake Math & IT Academy North lost 60-16 in their recent league bout against Gwynn Park (Brandywine, MD)

Next up, the Cavaliers clash with the Northwestern Wildcats (Hyattsville, MD) in a Prince George's County 4A bout, on Friday, December 15. Crossland will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record.
