The Princeville Princes basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting Galva Wildcats to 18 in the Princes league triumph on Monday.

The Princes now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lewistown for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 14. Princeville will meet a Indians team coming off a 71-52 non-league win over Rushville-Industry (Rushville, IL). The Indians record now stands at 4-6.

The Wildcats (0-8) will now prepare for their contest against Peoria Heights (Peoria Heights, IL). The Patriots enter the non-league contest with a 9-1 record. In their last contest, Peoria Heights triumphed over Farmington (Farmington, IL), 54-28, in a league contest.
