New York High School Basketball - Valley Central crushes Minisink Valley
December 11, 2023: Montgomery, NY 12549 Valley Central Vikings (Montgomery, NY) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Minisink Valley Warriors (Slate Hill, NY), 49-28 in a league bout.
With the victory, Valley Central upgrades its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Vikings host Monticello (Monticello, NY) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 14. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 1-2. Monticello won 36-23 in their recent league bout against Port Jervis (Port Jervis, NY)
Next up, the Warriors play the Washingtonville Wizards (Washingtonville, NY) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 14. Minisink Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Wizards come into the bout with a 1-3 record after their 68-25 league loss to Warwick (Warwick, NY).
