The San Simon Longhorns (San Simon, AZ) basketball toppled the visiting Valley Union Blue Devils (Elfrida, AZ), 60-49 in Wednesday's league bout.

The Longhorns now possess a 3-6 record. They play next when they travel to Willcox for a non-league bout on Monday, December 16. San Simon will play a Cowboys team coming off a 70-60 non-league loss to Safford (Safford, AZ). The Cowboys record now stands at 5-4.
