Michigan High School Ice Hockey - Garber knocks off Freeland
December 11, 2024: Freeland, MI 48623 In Wednesday's non-league contest, the visiting Garber Dukes ice hockey team scored a close 8-4 victory over the Freeland Falcons.
The Dukes (4-1) will now prepare for their contest against Caledonia (Caledonia, MI). The Fighting Scots go into the non-league contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, Caledonia edged Allen Park (Allen Park, MI), 5-0, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Falcons play the Northwest Mounties (Jackson, MI) in a contest, on Friday, December 13. Freeland will attempt to better on its 1-3 season record. The Mounties go into the contest with a 2-4 record after their 4-3 non-league loss to Chelsea (Chelsea, MI).
