In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Borden County Coyotes basketball team scored a good 58-43 triumph over the Midland Classical Academy Knights.

The Coyotes (10-4) will now prepare for their match against Seagraves (Seagraves, TX). The Eagles enter the non-league match with a 1-5 record. In their last match, Seagraves was dropped by Monahans (Monahans, TX), 50-30, in a non-league match.
