The Reading Red KNights basketball team scored 91 points and held the visiting Hazleton Area Cougars to 57 in the Red KNights non-league triumph on Monday.

The Red KNights now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Catholic for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 17. Reading will battle a Burrs team coming off a 79-73 non-league loss to Varsity Opponent (, ). The Burrs record now stands at 1-1.

The Cougars (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Whitehall (Whitehall, PA). The Zephyrs enter the non-league contest with a 4-1 record.
