Rhode Island High School Ice Hockey - St. Raphael Academy succumbs to Rogers
December 12, 2022: Newport, RI 02840 The Rogers Vikings (Newport, RI) ice hockey bounced the visiting St. Raphael Academy Saints (Pawtucket, RI), 6-0 in Monday's league battle.
The Vikings now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Cranston West for a Division 2 battle on Friday, December 16. Rogers will play a Falcons team coming off a 3-1 league loss to North Smithfield (North Smithfield, RI). The Falcons record now stands at 0-1.
The Saints (0-2) will now prepare for their battle against South Kingstown (Wakefield, RI). The Rebels come into the Division 2 battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, South Kingstown was ripped by Seekonk (Seekonk, MA), 4-3, in a non-league battle.
