Iowa High School Basketball - Storm Lake St. Mary ripped by Sioux Central
December 12, 2023: Sioux Rapids, IA 50585 The Sioux Central Rebels basketball team scored 82 points and held the visiting Storm Lake St. Mary Panthers to 27 in the Rebels league triumph on Tuesday.
The Rebels now sport a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pocahontas for a non-league contest on Friday, December 15. Sioux Central will battle a Indians team coming off a 75-41 non-league loss to East Sac County (Lake View, IA). The Indians record now stands at 0-5.
The Panthers (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Southeast Valley (Gowrie, IA). The Jaguars enter the Twin Lakes contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Southeast Valley was routed by Northwest Webster (Manson, IA), 64-47, in a non-league contest.
