The North Johnston Panthers basketball team scored 38 points and held the visiting Rosewood Eagles to 31 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Panthers now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Granville for a non-league contest on Friday, December 15. North Johnston will battle a Vikings team coming off a 54-35 non-league loss to Goldsboro (Goldsboro, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 3-3.

The Eagles (0-5) will now prepare for their contest against Princeton (Princeton, NC). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 0-4 record. In their last contest, Princeton was nudged by C.B. Aycock (Pikeville, NC), 60-33, in a non-league contest.
