The Canon-McMillan Big Macs basketball squad (Canonsburg, PA), was outscored 71-60 in Thursday's league battle with the host Imani Christian Academy Saints (Pittsburgh, PA)

With the victory, Imani Christian Academy advances its record to 3-0 on the year. The Saints host Norwin (North Huntingdon, PA) to meet the Knights in a WPIAL 6A 2 battle on Monday, December 16. The Knights enter the battle with a record of 2-2. Norwin won 64-47 in their recent league battle against Connellsville (Connellsville, PA)

The Big Macs now own a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Upper St. Clair for a WPIAL 6A 2 battle on Tuesday, December 17. Canon-McMillan will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 59-50 non-league loss to Montour (McKees Rocks, PA). The Panthers record now stands at 5-1.
