December 12, 2024: Granite Falls, MN 56241 Renville County West Jaguars (Renville, MN) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Yellow Medicine East Sting (Granite Falls, MN), 73-54 in a league match.
With the victory, Renville County West advances its record to 3-0 on the year. The Jaguars travel to Maple Lake (Maple Lake, MN) to face the Irish in a non-league match on Friday, December 13. The Irish enter the match with a record of 0-3. Maple Lake lost 93-42 in their recent non-league match against Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted (Howard Lake, MN)
The Sting now own a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tracy-Milroy-Balaton for a A Section 3 match on Tuesday, December 17. Yellow Medicine East will face a Panthers squad coming off a 76-34 league win over Canby (Canby, MN). The Panthers record now stands at 5-0.
