The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Sandy Creek Cougars (Fairfield, NE) and the visiting Centennial Broncos (Utica, NE), observed Sandy Creek's basketball team overwhelm Centennial by a score of 53-25.

The Cougars (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Tri County (DeWitt, NE). The Trojans come into the non-league challenge with a 3-0 record. In their last challenge, Tri County trounced Pawnee City (Pawnee City, NE), 59-32, in a non-league challenge.
