The West Columbus Vikings basketball squad (Cerro Gordo, NC), lost 33-21 in Thursday's league battle with the host South Columbus Stallions (Tabor City, NC)

With the victory, South Columbus advances its record to 3-5 on the year. The Stallions travel to Hemingway (Hemingway, SC) to meet the Tigers in a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 17. The Tigers enter the battle with a record of 0-4. Hemingway lost 74-6 in their recent non-league battle against Kingstree (Kingstree, SC)

The Vikings now own a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lake View for a non-league battle on Monday, December 16.
