December 13, 2022: Montevallo, AL 35115 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Montevallo Bulldogs (Montevallo, AL) and the visiting Calera Eagles (Calera, AL), saw Montevallo's basketball squad overcome Calera by a tally of 75-65.
With the victory, Montevallo improves its record to 10-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Thorsby (Thorsby, AL) to confront the Rebels in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 16. The Rebels come into the challenge with a record of 5-7. Thorsby won 58-51 in their recent non-league challenge against Westminster School at Oak Mountain (Birmingham, AL)
Next up, the Eagles confront the Prattville Lions (Prattville, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 16. Calera will attempt to improve on its 1-11 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 5-9 record after their 71-52 league loss to Dothan (Dothan, AL).
