With the victory, Joliet Catholic improves its record to 4-4 on the campaign. The Hilltoppers host Nazareth Academy (LaGrange Park, IL) to confront the Roadrunners in a East Suburban Catholic challenge on Friday, December 16. The Roadrunners come into the challenge with a record of 3-6. Nazareth Academy lost 44-41 in their recent league challenge against Saint Viator (Arlington Heights, IL)
Next up, the Cougars confront the Morton Potters (Morton, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 27. Plainfield South will attempt to improve on its 6-4 season record.
