February 3, 2023: LaGrange Park, IL 60526 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Nazareth Academy Roadrunners (LaGrange Park, IL) and the visiting Joliet Catholic Hilltoppers (Joliet, IL), saw Nazareth Academy's basketball squad overcome Joliet Catholic by a tally of 49-32.
With the victory, Nazareth Academy improves its record to 11-15 on the campaign. The Roadrunners travel to Marist (Chicago, IL) to confront the RedHawks in a East Suburban Catholic challenge on Tuesday, February 7. The RedHawks come into the challenge with a record of 22-5. Marist won 42-41 in their recent league challenge against St. Patrick (Chicago, IL)
Next up, the Hilltoppers confront the Lincoln-Way West Warriors (New Lenox, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 6. Joliet Catholic will attempt to improve on its 9-13 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 10-16 record after their 69-51 league loss to Andrew (Tinley Park, IL).
