Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Andrews Mustangs (Andrews, TX) and the host Snyder Tigers (Snyder, TX), saw Andrews's basketball squad hold off Snyder by a count of 36-32.

With the victory, Andrews upgrades its record to 6-10 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Abernathy (Abernathy, TX) to play the Antelopes in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 16. The Antelopes come into the challenge with a record of 11-2. Abernathy won 59-36 in their recent non-league challenge against Lamesa (Lamesa, TX)

Next up, the Tigers play the Westbrook Wildcats (Westbrook, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 20. Snyder will attempt to upgrade on its 7-9 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 4-0 record after their 62-42 non-league win over Lorenzo (Lorenzo, TX).
